We meet Fred and Jess, an engaged couple who have isolated from each other given that Jess, an ER doctor, works on the frontlines in one of LA’s busiest hospitals and is afraid of infecting their young son, Fred IV. Meanwhile, Whitney and Sariy struggle with Whitney’s ever-worsening symptoms. And Brandee and Mary further navigate living together, which gets especially complicated when Brandee begins dating other people online.
